Happy New Year!!

Hope everyone had a chance to take a break and enjoy the holiday season.

The kids got settled down very quickly for today's class and we had an "eager to volunteer/lead" class, as usual.

In lieu of the upcoming Republic Day celebrations, we practiced the American National anthem and Indian National anthem "Jana gana mana" in today's class. We also practiced "Hum honge kaamyab" that the kids will sing during the celebrations on 27th Jan 2013.

And as usual, they did a great job! Feel free to check them out when they are singing in the class!

Parents, the lyrics for "Jana Gana Mana" are attached to this post. Please take a print of it and make sure your child practices at home. It would be perfect if they can memorize the 3 songs.
