Teachers would like to commend the students for performing very well at the Diwali Lakshmi Pooja at the Hindu temple on Sunday, October 30th. We have received great feedback from parents and guests who attended and had a chance to listen to you that evening.

Keep up the good work! We are truly proud of you!

Good attendance in class and attentive class!!

Today we started learning a new bhajan--"He murali madhava-radhe krishna kesava" on page 7 of the bhajan folder.

We also revised the bhajans learnt earlier, namely "Atmarama ananda ramana" and "Kabhi ram banake".

We are very happy that students are volunteering to come up and lead the bhajans.

Homework: (1) Students are expected to continue to practice the two new stanzas of the bhajan "He murali madhava-radhe krishna kesava" and come prepared for the next class when we will complete learning this bhajan.

(2) Look through "Vandemataram" (on page 10) and understand the meaning of the song---we will start to learn this soon and will sing it in January for the Indian Republic Day celebrations.

(3) Practice, Practice, Practice-----bhajans you have learnt so far, even from those learnt in your previous BV years-----continue to do this whenever you have a chance.
